What the role needs to deliver

We are looking for a purpose-driven Talent Manager, an action-oriented thought leader who knows how to combine strategy with real tangible impact.

Together with the Head of Talent & Skills you will be pivotal to the wider HR agenda for the Group and for the Holding, more specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Creating business impact through a focus on roles and people key to value creation; defining the essential capabilities required to be successful.
  • Establishing best-in-class talent management assessment and development strategies, approaches and effective tool kits, enabling each Business to create an adaptive organisation based on a skilled talent bench.
  • Effective succession planning based on fit for purpose ‘buy, build, borrow and bounce’ talent strategy for the Group, including building up internal mobility practices.
  • Working closely with the Family HR team to execute integrated talent processes that ensure strong inter-generational succession, uniquely COFRA.

What you bring 

The following differentiating experiences are critical for us:   

  • Around 10 years of experience in people and talent management roles
  • A mix of experience in at least 1 of the following business environments: Private Equity (ideally in one of the larger blue chip PE firms) or large Family Holdings
  • Skilled in agile ways of working and methods   
  • Outstanding track-record in talent management, leadership development and skills building   
  • Deep organisational awareness and multi-stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to connect talent to value and provide significant impact to the organisation
  • In-depth succession planning experience
  • Substantial experience with High Potential identification and development
  • Experience with defining and executing Employee Value Propositions
  • Ideally experience in employer branding
