Henry Schirmer appointed CFO of COFRA Holding AG

Zug, Switzerland, 13 October 2026 – COFRA Holding AG (“COFRA”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Schirmer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 1 January 2027. 

He will succeed Florian Brenninkmeyer who was recently appointed Chair of COFRA Holding from April 2027.

Henry brings more than 25 years of senior finance and leadership experience, including as CFO of Randstad NV and Unilever's CFO for Europe and North America. Since June 2024 he has served as COFRA’s Chief Family Ownership Officer, working closely with the family owners and the Group’s leadership. He is a member of the Board of General American Investors Company, Inc and of the German-Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

Henry’s appointment as COFRA Holding’s new CFO is subject to regulatory approval.
