London, 21 September, 2026 – Redevco, one of Europe's largest privately owned real estate managers with assets under management of around €10.5 billion, has acquired a prime multi-user logistics park in Duisburg, Germany, further strengthening its presence in one of Europe’s key logistics markets.

This transaction brings Redevco’s total logistics platform to approximately 15 million sq ft and €1.05 billion of assets under management across 40 assets.

The c. 30,000 sq m multi-user park comprises three mid-box logistics buildings across a 56,000 sq m industrial site at Hamborner Straße 32-34 in Duisburg. The property is 96% occupied across five tenants, primarily from the e-commerce sector. The asset includes a range of sustainability features, including a rooftop photovoltaic system, heat pump heating, LED lighting, and EV charging infrastructure, and targets a DGNB Gold certification.

Camila Malzkorn, Head of Transaction Management Logistics DACH at Redevco said, “This acquisition adds a modern, sustainability-led asset to our German logistics platform in one of Europe’s most important industrial regions. The diversified occupier base provides resilient income, alongside attractive potential for future value creation. The Rhine-Ruhr area remains a core focus for us, and this acquisition reinforces our conviction in its long-term fundamentals. It was a pleasure to work closely with the Garbe Industrial team, and we look forward to future opportunities to collaborate.”

Located in Duisburg, home to the world’s largest inland port, the asset benefits from excellent transport connectivity.  The A59 and A42 motorways are within minutes of the property, providing rapid access to the wider A3 and A40 networks, while Düsseldorf Airport is approximately 25 minutes away.

The acquisition builds on Redevco’s recent logistics investments in Germany, Spain and the UK, as it continues to scale its pan-European platform of high-quality, well-connected and sustainability-led assets.

Colliers consulted on the transaction. Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, Goldbeck Services, Nova Ambiente and CBRE´s Valuation team were mandated by Redevco.
